mRNA (Messenger RNA) - RNA that carries DNA's coded message, travels from the nucleus out into the cytoplasm

tRNA (Transfer RNA) - RNA that brings amino acids to the ribosomes for translation (protein synthesis)

rRNA (Ribosomal RNA) - Building block of ribosomes, make up ribosomes along with several dozen proteins
