3/2

Explanation:

You have to ask yourself: what does X have to be for the function to be dividing by 0?

2x-3=0
2x=3
x=3/2

So when x is 3/2, The function will contain a divide by zero error, and that is the asymptote. The "+1" at the end will not affect this, but will to the roots/zeros/x-intercepts.
