Photosynthesis also creates a number of different molecules along the way, but the most key are glucose and oxygen.

The simple equation #6CO_2 + 6H_2 0 -> 6C_6 H_12 O_6 + 6O_2# is quite simply a lie.

In reality, photosynthesis isn't one chemical reaction but a series of reactions known as a biochemical pathway, but the education system dumbs it down for middle-schoolers.

And through this, technically there are many products in Photosynthesis, but most are omitted because they mostly used to power Photosynthesis itself. For example, FADPH and NADPH are both "products" of Photosynthesis, becoming phosphorylated in the Light-dependent reactions. So, to answer your question, no, no there aren't really any key products with the exception of ATP created other than Glucose and Oxygen.
