Gravess' disease and exohthalmic goiter.

Explanation:

Excess production of thyroxine#(T_4)# produces a condition known as Graves's diseases, with exophthalmic goiter. It increases the basal metabolic rate. Prolonged disease can cause cardiac failure. Actually, Graves' disease is caused by the production of an abnormal body protein. This protein continuously stimulates the thyroid for excessive secretions.

Over-activity of thyroid also known as hyperthyroidism can result in symptoms such as weight loss, rapid heart rate, being too hot, feeling nervous or edgy, and irregular periods.
