Communist Revolution started in Germany soon after World War 1 but it was quickly crushed.

Russian Communists consolidated their hold on Russia in the next few years and spoke of world wide revolution. Communist influence spread out across the world and was a major influence in many nations in the inter war years.

Conservatives rightly felt threatened and Fascism was created. Traditional Conservatives were not impressed by the Fascists with their working class appeal but were better than the Communists, if only slightly.
