Generally, peace, forgiveness, and respect.

Explanation:

Jesus' teachings are summarized in the Gospels of Matthew, Mark, Luke, and John in the New Testament of the Bible.

Among the bigger things Jesus emphasized:

  • He was the Son of God, and belief and faith in him would lead to eternal life in Heaven.
  • The most important commandment, or rule, was to love God above all others, and secondly, love your neighbor as you love yourself.
  • Forgive others; Jesus specifically singled out the age-old wisdom "An eye for an eye, a tooth for a tooth" and basically said don't follow it. Instead, Jesus said, do not take revenge on someone who has wronged you.

If you want to see for yourself, read the first few chapters of the Gospel of Matthew - that one contains a lot of Jesus' most famous teachings, including the Sermon on the Mount.
