A tyrannic rule similar to that of the British government.

In the Constitution, the Founding Fathers laid the framework of the new government. Defining the powers each branch of the government had. One of the most crucial parts is the system of checks and balances they implemented. This was created to ensure no one branch of the government became too powerful thus preventing the possibility of a tyrannical government from appearing again.
