Blood moves from heart to lungs through a pair of pulmonary arteries. This blood flowing from heart to lungs is carrying more of carbondioxide to unload.

Explanation:

Pulmonary arteries are carrying more of carbondioxide to be unloaded at lungs. From there blood will load oxygen for distribution in other body tissues.

Pulmonary arteries carry so called deoxygenated blood.

Partial pressure of CO2 in pulmonary artery is 46mm of Hg while partial pressure of O2 in pulmonary artery is 40mm of Hg.
