What happens to the cytoplasm if the nucleus is absent ????

It wouldn't do anything.

Explanation:

Without a nucleus, a cell cannot "think", and therefore all the organelles will not function properly, or even function at all. Therefore, the cytoplasm will just become a floating jelly with all the organelles floating inside, and no chemical reactions with happen in it.
