Explanation:

1) The first complication is whatever caused the fracture in the first place, and if it can inflict more damage if the victim and his helpers remain there.

2) An immediate complication is a bone protruding from the body that is allowing blood to flow out of the injured person.

3) Another immediate problem, less evident, is if the fracture can or is resulting in damage to vital organs or circulatory or nervous system paths. The victim may be unresponsive at this point.

4) Internal problems can arise such a the flow or mixing of fluids such as blood, bone marrow or bile depending on the location and nature of the fracture.
