Soil horizons are soils layer parallel with the soil surface (is soil is flat)
Explanation:
A soil horizon is defined as a soil layer. Each horizon is different from others in the profile. In general, the differences between neighboring horizons are obvious to the naked eye. While surfacial horizons get lots of air, deep horizons do not. Therefore, colors of different horizons are different.
