As, Kim and Jim both are pulling the toy with equal amount of force onto the opposite direction,the toy will not move towards either of them,as net force acting on the toy along South-North direction is #(30-30) N =0 N#

It will only move towards Tim,along East with the applied force of #15 N#, and its acceleration will be #15/0.5 m/s^2 = 30 m/s^2#
