What is the difference between molecular biology and biochemistry?

Molecular biology deal with the biological functioning of macromolecules, e.g. how proteins function, how DNA is transcribed, etc, whereas biochemistry deals with the chemical reactions of biological systems, e.g. the kinetics of enzymes, how chemicals are broken down in reactions and the repsonsible enzymes.
