What is the expression of the perimeter of a semicircle whose radius is 2?

I am not sure that it is what you want but here it is:
If the entire circle has perimeter equal to `2pir` a semicircle will have: `(2pir)/2=pir` perimeter.
If the radius is `2` the perimeter will then be: `2pi`.
