Pylorus is the distal part of stomach that opens in duodenum part of small intestine.
Explanation:
Opening of pylorus in duodenum remains guarded by a muscular sphincter. Pylorus releases semi digested chyme from stomach into the duodenum. Pyloric sphincter regulates entry of chyme in duodenum. In the following diagram position of pylorus could be seen.
