The graph above represents y < x + 1

graph{y > x [-10, 10, -5, 5]}

The graph above represents the y > x.

To graph the system, you have to shade in the area that is shared by both graphs. This will be the solution to the system, which I believe is what you're looking for. Unfortunately, the graphing program does not work to that level so you'll have to do it for yourself.
