What is the official name of the war in Afghanistan that has occupied the first decade of the twenty-first century?

Well, the U.S. called it "Operation Enduring Freedom-Afghanistan" officially. Perhaps another War in Afghanistan is more appropriate.

Explanation:

It went to 2014 then there was a shuffling of players as the ISAF, NATO and the U.S. "ended" military Operations. Their is still of course many U.S. Military advisers and contractors still in Afghanistan. Fighting between various Afghan groups continues. Wikipedia started a new wiki "War in Afghanistan 2015 to present".
