'Teas' is sometimes used to indicate different types of tea.

Explanation:

If you're using it with 'assorted', it can be possibly correct.
Normally tea is uncountable, (just like 'sugar' and not 'sugars')
but 'teas' can describe a couple of flavors of tea, like green, oolong, white, black, pu-erh, etc.

When saying 'types of...', it is continued by 'tea' and not 'teas'.
Hence 'types of tea'.
