Study of atmospheric vortex ( whirling motion ) is necessary to understand the atmosphere'e circular motion.

Explanation:

Vortex ( whirling motion ) is generated in the eye of a cyclonic storm.

Cyclonic vortices move towards anticyclonic vortices and this

produces circulatory motion , at different speeds.
