What is the relationship between the size of an organism and its surface area to volume ratio?
Bigger the size of the organism lower is its SA:V ratio
Mathematically if you consider 2 cubes of length breadth and height of 1m×1m×1m and 3m×3m×3m
You will see the first cube will have a SA:V of 6:1 but the second will have 2:1
Hence bugger the organism smaller its SA:V ratio
