Convection.

Explanation:

Air which gets heated by the Earth rises up and cooler air comes and takes it's place, forming convection currents. Dust particles act as nuclei for the formation of clouds (air that has risen to higher altitudes by the aforesaid mechanism) and this results in precipitation.
