What prompted the Boston Massacre and the Boston Tea Party?

Okay well you probably already know that the Boston massacre was when a kid insulted a British soldier and then the soldier whacked him and people got mad and shot each other. Everybody thinks that it was with a kid that threw a snowball at the soldier. You should write down that the Boston massacre was prompted by a boy insulting a British soldier, resulting in multiple deaths.

The Boston Tea party was prompted by the anger of the Patriots because of taxes on tea from Britain and also "taxation without representation"
