Horses, chickens, and domestic animals were some of the best things Native Americans received from the Columbian Exchange.

Explanation:

There were very few domesticated animals in the Americas before the Columbian Exchange began.

The Americans provided many agricultural products to Europe and Africa such as maize (corn) potatoes, and tobacco while Europe imported domestic animals unknown to the Americas.

Horses became an essential part of the life style of the plains tribes such as the Cheyene, Sioux, and Crow. Chickens quickly became a source of meat and eggs to the Eastern tribes, such as the Cherokee, Creek, and Delaware.

Sadly the Europeans having lived with the domestic animals for centuries had developed resistance to many of the diseases associated with the domestic animals such as small pox.

The Native Americans had no resistance to small pox. A disease that was minor to the Europeans was a fatal disease to the Native Americans.
