An alkene has double bonds, and alkane only has single bonds. This has a triple bond, and it's therefore an alkyne.

It isn't saturated, because the triple bond stops the two #sp# carbons from being saturated with hydrogens.

Hence, this may be an #"unsaturated hydrocarbon"#.
