Loop of henle is is located in kidney tubule.

Explanation:

Kidney is formed of many kidney tubules known as uriniferous tubules. Each uriniferous tubule consists of Glomerulus, proximal tubule, loop of henle and distal tubule. Distal tubule opens in collecting tubule. Loop of henle makes urine more concentrated. It is also responsible for absorption of ions and water. Loop of henle is present in kidney tubules of birds and mammals only.
