A. dyke

Explanation:

A. a dyke is a protrusion of magma that hardens before reaching the surface. Dykes are often found on the sides of volcano's where liquid rock was not able flow up the main channel of the volcano and did not have enough force to reach the surface.

B. fold mountains are a result of plate tectonics, usually where two continental plates meet at a convergent boundary, causing both to buckle forming fold mountains.

C. Block fault mountains are also a result of plate tectonics. The earth cracks rather than folding. The pressure then pushes one part of the broken crust upwards forming the block thrust mountains, and valleys between. This is the result of plates moving towards each other, or convergent boundaries

D. Rift valleys are a result of divergent boundaries. Rift valleys occur where new crust is being pushed upom the mantle below. The pressure causes the older crust to be pushed apart, forming the rift valley.

Dykes are a direct result of volcanic action. Volcanic action issn also a result of plate tectonics. BCD are all direct results of plate tectonics and are independent of volcanic activity. However rift valleys are often places where volcanic activity occurs.
