Why would the presence of protein in the urine indicate kidney damage? Also, why should the presence of glucose in the urine cause concern?

Traces of albumin is always present in urine.

Explanation:

Urine is blood filter ate. Small quantities of albumin is always present in urine. But if this increases shows glomerular damage.
Glucose if is more than 150 MG per deciliter shows its presence in urine examination, glucose below 140 MG per deciliter is absorbed through kidney.
Detectable glucose in urine indicates diabetes.
