I assume the question to be, #x^3(x^2 + 5x + 1)#

#=x^3(x^2) + x^3(5x) + x^3(1)#

#=x^(3+2) + 5x^(3+1) + x^3#

#=x^5 + 5x^4 + x^3#

Hence the product of #x^3# and #x^2 + 5x + 1# is #x^5 + 5x^4 + x^3#.

#x^5+5x^4+x^3#

Explanation:

#"assuming the expression is "x^3(x^2+5x+1)#

#"each term in the bracket is multiplied by "x^3#

#color(red)(x^3)(x^2+5x+1)#

#=(color(red)(x^3)xx x^2)+(color(red)(x^3)xx5x)+(color(red)(x^3)xx1)#

#=x^5+5x^4+x^3#
