Explanation:

Chemical change is characterized by the formation of new substances and the making and breaking of strong chemical bonds. And thus chemical change necessarily involves chemical reaction.

On the other hand physical change are largely changes of physical reaction, i.e. changes of state.....in which the basic chemical unit is retained....
