2 litres of water have have reached the temperature of 103°C, without beginning to boil. However after throwing in a small piece of ice (with insignificant mass), the water began to boil. What is the mass of water that transformed into water vapor?

Let is take mass of two liters of water ~~2\ kg. Also let us assume that specific heat of water which is =4.186\ kJkg^-1C^-1 is also valid for water at temperatures above 100^@C

Water is heated to temperature without boiling =103^@C.
Extra heat given to raise temperature from 100^@ to 103^@C

Q=msDeltaT
Q=2xx4.186xx(103-100)
Q=25.116\ kJ

Latent heat of vaporization of water = 2260\ kJkg^-1
Mass of water which will evaporate using extra heat=25.116/2260
=0.011\ kg
