If we have a #+# outside a bracket with a negative number #(-15)# the plus becomes a minus. If there is a plus inside the bracket #(+2)# the sign stays the same

#-3-15+2#

Here we go into negative numbers;

#-3-15=-18#

Since we have a positive #2# we add it to the equation;

#-18+2=-16#

Remember! It becomes #-16# as that is a higher number than #-18#. #0# is a bigger number then negative numbers!
