In order to determine whether a product is insoluble, you must consult a solubity table like the one below:

In Choice b) the products of manganese sulfate, #"MnSO"_4#, and lead nitrite, #"Pb(NO"_2)"_2# are lead(II) sulfate, #"PbSO"_4#, and manganese(II) nitrite, #"Mg(NO"_2)"_2#. All nitrites are soluble (http://www.chemteam.info/Equations/Solubility-Table.html), but if you look at the solubility table, you will see that lead(II) sulfate is insoluble, as it is solid in water.
