The bag is being lifted up with acclrn of #7m/s^2# #(a)#. So ,the pseudo acceleration acts downwards. The net acceleration is #a+g# now. Therefore, net acceleration is #7+9# = #16m/s^2#.

Total force #F = ma rArr F = 15*16 N rArr F = 240 N#

As the resulting force is greater than the force that the grocery bag can withstand, the grocery bag snaps and there goes the groceries rolling. :D
