Is time real?

This is a bit metaphysical. And, I suppose that it might depend upon what you mean by "time" and "real".

For me, I know that time exists in a manner similar to how I know that I exist. I am aware and the nature of that awareness is non-static . In fact that non-static awareness seems to follow a progression , #A(t)#, where #A# is a function whose value is a specific mental state and #t# is a sequence argument . I choose to call the #t#-axis " time ". I then generalize this concept to what I perceive as the outside world.

So, I know that time exists. What I'm not so sure about is whether you exist.

Notice I did not attempt to address the component of what is "real" in your question.
