I would use the heat exchanged as #Q=mCDeltaT# where:
#m# is the mass;
#C# is the specific heat;
#DeltaT=T_f-T_i# is the variation of temperature (final and initial).
We can relate the heat exchanged by the two substances as:
#Q_(water)+Q_(tungsten)=0# or
#200*4.18(21.2-20)+100*C_(tung)(21.2-100)=0#
#C_(tung)=1003.2/7880=0.13# J/g Celsius
