Most likely remain unchanged since g has nothing to do with the earth's rotation. The value of g is dependent on the mass of the earth and the geometry of the earth.

That being said, if the earth suddenly stop rotating, the geometry of the earth might change. The earth might become more flatten or more spherical. This will increase or decrease g by a very little bit.

In any case, g will remain unchanged.
