I would be inclined to think that is was answer (1) 0.75V
Explanation:
The difference between an electrode of X and an electrode of Y is 0.75V
Electrodes 1 and 4 are of X and Y so the potential difference should be 0.75V
The only thing that might make the difference between 1 and 4 different to the difference between 1 and 2 is the increased distance between them. I do not think this would make a difference as all of the electrodes are in the same solution so there should be no difference in potential difference.
