Well this is for some medical needs, but if you or family have allergy make sure you bring epinephrin in 5 ampuls..In case your beloved has dispnea(hard to breath).. find their great vein around neck and injects it with epinefrin..it leads to easier breathing and bring them to emergency room like now?
My suggestion is for number 1-3 but you could add it with another pills like isosorbide dinitrat but it needs your family history of disease..
