Possible? yes.
Likely? no.


Of course it is possible for the same genetic mutation to appear in multiple individuals, but the genome is so large that is very unlikely that the SAME mutation will occur to a specific nucleotide in the DNA.
It is more likely that different mutations in different individuals will lead to the same phenotypic change.
Look at a specific type of cancer. The mutations that occur are not exactly the same, but they can have the same damaging effects on a specific gene sequence.
