Looking at the wrong answers first:
A. Not all transverse waves are electromagnetic. Seismic waves from earthquakes can be transverse, as are water waves.
C. Only Electromagnetic waves can travel through a vacuum. Other transverse waves (such as those noted above) need a medium to propogate through.
D. Since electromagnetic waves can travel through a vacuum, and are transverse, D is clearly not true.
So that leaves B. Polarisation is a property of all transverse waves.
