Explanation:

So to the calculation:

#(150.0cancel" gallons" xx 4.8*cancelL*cancel("gallon"^-1))/(25.0xx10^-3*cancelL)# #= ??#

I get a large dimensionless number.

I have used an Imperial gallon here (equivalent to #8# #"pints"#, #4800# #mL#). A US gallon (= #3.785# #L#) will of course give a different result. I don't know which gallon you are using, and this is a good illustration of the inutility of NON SI units.
