Sky wave ranges from `0` to about `30 MHz` and Ground wave from `0` to `3 MHz` both cover ELF, SLF, ULF, VLF, LF, MF regions.

Difference -

Ground wave exists in close proximity of the Earth's surface. Sky wave propagates in the sky and it's propagation is dependent on reflections from the Ionosphere layer in the atmosphere.
