Quite a lot of conditions would be required.

Explanation:

Note: This answer is just my thought and what I currently know.

First, know that transpiration is the loss of water vapour through evaporation in the plant.

Some factors that affect this can be temperature, humidity, type of plant, wind and air movement, etc.

In this case, higher temperature and lower humidity will increase the rate of transpiration, and more wind movement will also increase the transpiration rate.

Another factor that affects transpiration is light. More light intensity will result in more transpiration, so plants transpire more during the day than during the night.

In conclusion, a bright sunny day with hot temperature and low humidity will result in a fast transpiration rate.
