Radio waves do not "gather" anything. They are a form of energy.
Explanation:
We can USE energy from radio waves - or produce them - to transmit data. We can "receive" radio-wave energy with harmonic antennas.
But, radio waves in and of themselves are a physical phenomenon. They do not "gather" anything.
