As halides are good leaving groups when an alcohol reacts with an alkyl halide the halide leaves the group and an acid is also formed as a byproduct

#R-Br + R-OH = R-OR + HBr#

The E1 reaction also forms some products

C4H9Cl + ROH → C4H9COR + HCl

C4H9Cl + R-OH → C4H8 + RCl + HOH

The case for HCN

C4H9Cl + HCN → C4H9CN + HCl

Therefore only one product is common

I would say simply no because there feature are lot different
