Bones provide protection to vital organs, structure and support the weight of our body while our muscles provide us with strength, mobility and movement.

Explanation:

Bones, being made up of almost entirely Calcium, which makes it really tough is needed by the body to protect the vital organs such as the heart by the sternum, the lungs by the ribs and the brain by the skull. Bones also provide concrete structure to our body and support our weight. If a human has no bones, he/she won't be able to walk, or even get their organs protected. A human without bones would be like a jell-o.

Muscles, being soft and fibrous like a rope, respond to electrical stimuli which is transmitted by the brain and provide . It allows you to lift various things with your arms through the biceps and triceps by working together with your bones such as radius, ulna, metacarpals and phalanges. It also makes you stand up from the sitting position by the aid of the gluteus maximus muscle by working together with the pelvic bone. A human with no muscles is as good as a statue. It is therefore essential that a human have both bones and muscles working together to ensure survival.
