Evaporation means the escaping of high energy molecules from the surface of any substance.As all molecules don't have the same K.E some have in large quantity and they come to the surface and escaped nd lowering the enerygy of the system.It occurs at any temp.
But boiling means we re continuously applying heat when the external and internal pressue becomes equal substance starts boiling.Although the process of evaporation is temp dependent then at this constt temp the rate become maximum.
