Using mirror formula,

#1/v + 1/u =1/f#

For a plane mirror #f = prop#

So, #v=-u#

that means, image will be formed #2cm# away from the mirror,i.e #(2+2)=4 cm# away from the boy

There will be no change in the width of the mouth,as image formed by plane mirror only cause lateral rotation of an image,i.e the sides of the image gets changed only,so mouth being a bilaterally symmetrical structure,no such change will be appreciable.
