In codominance both phenotypes are expressed, on the other hand in incomplete dominance new phenotype different from parents phenotypes is expressed.

Explanation:

Codominance:
If someone have blood type A he has some type of a sugar on cell membrane of his red blood cells. Person with blood type B will have another type of sugar and person with AB will have them both - that's codominance. Genes for both types of sugar are expressed and they both create their own phenotype.

Incomplete dominance:
First parent plant has red flowers, second has white. If there is other color than red or white in next generation it's incomplete dominance. The color will be something between the parents colors, probably pink.
