The right ventricle and right atrium contain oxygen poor blood.

Explanation:

The veins carry Oxygen poor blood from the body to the heart. The blood enters the heart at the right atrium and is pumped down into the right ventricle. From the right ventricle the blood is pumped to the lungs where the Carbon Dioxide in the Oxygen poor blood is exchanged for Oxygen creating Oxygen rich blood that is carried by the arteries to the body's cells.
